To begin a reservation request select the appropriate option from the Reservations menu above:
Request a Meeting Space on Campus: This form should be used to request a space for simple meetings. Requests must be made 2 days prior to your meeting and will be subject to approval. Support services for meetings can be requested using this form.
Request an Event on Campus: Faculty and Staff will use this form to request space for an event on campus. For example, any speaker, presentation, or performance should be scheduled here (in addition to other event types). Support services can be requested via this form as well.
Request a Student Organization Event: Any recognized student club/group/organization may submit a request for event space using this form but must also submit the required Student Activities information. Space will be held tentaively for student events but will not be confirmed until the event has been submited and approved on the Zagtivities Website.
Last Minute Reservation: Fill out the Last Minute Reservation form if you have a last minute meeting reservation in a select number of classrooms and conference rooms. The form can only be used to schedule a meeting in the next 2 days and no support services can be requested.
University facilities are specifically intended for educational purposes, the focus of activities within those facilities is directed toward Gonzaga faculty, staff, and students. Academic use of space has preference over all other use of space.
