13th is a 2016 American documentary that explores the "intersection of race, justice and mass incarceration in the United States." The Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution freed slaves and generally prohibited slavery. The showing will include a panel discussion and is organized by the Gonzaga Institute for Hate Studies. The greater Spokane and Gonzaga community are invited to this free event. No registration is required and seats are available on a first come, first served basis.
